The Story Behind the Book

Some years ago, I started noticing that I didn’t feel my best anymore, my immune system was down and I started having food intolerances. That experience made me pause and question how my daily habits, stress, emotions and environment were shaping my wellbeing. As I gradually changed my lifestyle, one thing kept becoming clearer:

Nature wasn’t just somewhere I enjoyed being. It became part of my journey towards feeling healthier, calmer and more balanced.
The more time I spent outdoors, the more I wondered:

What if we could bring some of those same qualities indoors?

That question led me into years of research in environmental psychology, neuroscience and Biophilic Design.

As an Interior Architect, I realised that our homes influence far more than aesthetics. They shape how we think, feel, recover and connect.
That journey eventually became Designing with Nature
Today, I’m incredibly proud to share the result of that journey.

Designing with Nature isn’t just a book about interiors. It’s a practical guide to creating spaces that support wellbeing through Biophilic Design, so that the places we live in can help us feel better every day.

If you’ve ever felt that your environment affects your mood, your energy or your peace of mind, this book was written for you.
